ENT Appointment

I met with my ENT this afternoon. This medical meeting had a lot more promise than the earlier one.

I have NO sinus infection! Part of my nose is just really sensitive to the brutal cold air, and that's what's causing my sinus pain right now. We're limiting my nasal spray to that nostril, and he prescribed a new sinus spray/med thing that should help too. I see him in a few weeks for a follow up.

And, because this guy is so awesome, he brought up a possible underlying autoimmune problem before I could! I see a rheumatologist March 17th.

There is some not so good news, however. He could already see a polyp forming.

I love that this guy is proactive about things. He wants to know why I'm miserable as much as I do. He rocks.
