Okay you are inspiring me to get out of my depressive funk for a bit today. Its so easy to stay where the pain dwells mentally and physically. I guess I'll get away from the puter for a bit and go try out a new recipe. Hope you are both feeling better soon.

I'm sorry your appointment didn't go as well as you'd wanted. The good news is that I have experience with neural-inhibitors after I had some nerves that were stuck in the "I'm in pain" position. It is addictive so I had to ease myself into it and then, about a year or so later, ease myself back out. Getting accustomed to it was very odd indeed but so worth it because
